Shipping & Payment Policy
We ship worldwide from our own warehouse.
As soon as the order is ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. All products are shipped with signature required.
When ordering outside the European Union, customs duties, import charges and fees will be applied when the shipment arrives at the customer’s country. These amounts are to be paid by the customer and are non-refundable.
You have 7 days after delivery to report the receipt of a damaged item.
